Privacy.

The site of NEXTGROUND, an independent game studio, sent by private link to operators, platforms and technical teams. It presents the studio and its titles. It is not indexed by search engines and it is not advertised anywhere.

There are no accounts, no sign-up, no deposits and no real money. The playable build on this site is a simulation with play money, and nothing in it can be converted into anything.

On a first visit the site loads no analytics, sets no cookie, and writes nothing to your browser except your answer to the banner, which is kept in local storage under one key so that we stop asking.

Declining is one click, in the same place and the same shape as accepting. If you decline, the section below stays hypothetical: none of it happens.

Which pages you open and in which order, how long you stay, which sections you actually read, what you click, and whether you open the demo or reach the verifier. Your visits are linked together into one profile, so a second visit is recognised as the same person as the first.

The link is private and we send it by hand to a short list of people, so this is not anonymous in the way a public site's traffic is. We are telling you that plainly, and we are not calling it aggregate statistics.

We do not record your screen. There is no session replay, no heatmap, no form capture, and nothing you type anywhere is collected.

PostHog, on its European infrastructure, receives the events above. It sets one cookie on this domain, named with a "ph_" prefix, which expires after 180 days, and writes matching keys to local and session storage. Your IP address reaches PostHog with each request and is used to derive an approximate location; the address itself is not stored on the event. Events are kept for thirty days, then deleted.

Turning measurement off on this page deletes that cookie and those keys from your browser, and stops any further collection.

Vercel, which serves the site, also receives page views and Core Web Vitals through its own Analytics and Speed Insights. Neither uses cookies, and both report counts rather than people.

Nobody else. No advertising network, no data broker, no third party we have not named here.

The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard access logs: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the browser you used, and the page you came from if your browser sent one. Those exist so the site can be served and debugged, and they do not depend on the banner.

We add nothing to them, we do not join them to the analytics above, and we do not build a profile from them. Their retention is Vercel's, under Vercel's own terms.

The site publishes a content security policy. When a browser blocks something the policy does not allow, it may post a short report to one endpoint on this domain, naming the page and the resource that was blocked. Those reports are written to the same server logs and nowhere else.

They carry no identifier we chose and no content of yours.

Playing the demo opens qora.bet in a new tab. That is a different site, and this policy stops at its door: what it collects, and what it stores in your browser, is its own business and not described here.

Following the link is a click you choose to make. Nothing on this page loads it, and declining measurement here has no effect there.

The only action on this site is an email link. Writing to contact@nextground.io sends your message to our own mailbox, with whatever you chose to put in it.

We keep the exchange for as long as the conversation is useful, and we answer from the same address. Nothing is passed on.

No advertising pixel, no session recording, no A/B testing, no embedded social widget. The two typefaces are downloaded at build time and served from this domain, so no font provider sees your visit.

Nothing on this site is embedded from anywhere else. Every image, script and font comes from this domain.

Ask at contact@nextground.io. If you want to know what we hold on you, the honest answer is a line in a web server log, an analytics profile if you accepted, and your email if you wrote to us. We will confirm it, and delete what can be deleted, on request.
